Cancellation at the end of your current period

For the monthly plan at launch, you can cancel at any time before renewal, with effect at the end of your current trial or paid period. There is no additional notice period. Cancel during the seven-day trial to avoid the first charge.

Your confirmation will state when access ends. Uninstalling WELTEN or deactivating an installation does not cancel a subscription. Your forest, projects and history remain viewable after access ends.

If you have a WELTEN billing question or an order to identify, contact hello@welten.app. Include your purchase email and an order reference or a description of the subscription. You do not need an active WELTEN installation or recovery code to contact us.

The email link opens a draft and does not send it automatically. A direct website cancellation form with electronic confirmation will be available before subscriptions go on sale.

Cancellation and withdrawal are different

Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not itself refund the current period. Your withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected, including any right to end the contract earlier.
