Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anastasia Miller, trading as WELTEN, Rümpeler Weg 29, 23843 Bad Oldesloe, Germany; telephone: +49 173 1836760; email: hello@welten.app) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://welten.app/withdrawal/. If you use this online function, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, including the content of your withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Additional WELTEN and Link protections

The sections above describe your statutory right of withdrawal. The following additional protections do not shorten that right or any statutory extension of its period.

We do not ask you to waive withdrawal for immediate software access and do not deduct compensation for software use during the withdrawal period. The free focus sessions and any earlier subscription trial do not replace your withdrawal rights.

Link’s EU consumer terms additionally provide a 14-day cooling-off period starting when you receive access to or delivery of the purchased product. WELTEN honours that later deadline if access begins after contract conclusion. You can also contact Link transaction support at https://support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link and identify your request as exercising the cooling-off right.

Refunds are processed through Sold through Link, LLC and its Stripe payment-processing affiliates. Withdrawing a subscription stops future renewal and refunds payments already taken under the withdrawn contract, including the first monthly charge after the seven-day trial when withdrawal is timely. Withdrawing a one-time purchase ends that paid entitlement.

Your local forest, projects and history remain viewable, and a session already running may finish with its reward. No recovery code or Link login is needed to submit your withdrawal through WELTEN. An order reference helps locate a purchase but is not a condition for declaring withdrawal. Do not send full payment-card details or your recovery code.
